Keep your body rock still first and shift your focus to your Breathing
As you shift your focus to breathing, your breathing slows down.
Breathing slows down to become more Peaceful.
When you are Peaceful, it is easier for you to experience Mind Control.
Observe your Breathing; Shift the Focus from Breathing to the Gap.
Watching your Breathing, Watching your Gap.
Existence is ruled by Gaps.
Gap is nothing to be judged, as no action, no thoughts and deeper processes and deeper meditation.
